Physical Therapy Evaluation (60 min)
A comprehensive evaluation consisting of health history, movement analysis, joint/soft tissue assessment, and strength testing will be performed at your first visit. Treatment and a home exercise program will be provided.

Titleist Performance Institute Evaluation (60 min)
Choose this if you are a golfer looking to have a full body assessment coupled with a swing analysis. This body-swing connection will be used to guide treatment to improve golf performance and prevent injury.

Follow Up Visit (45 min)
Following your evaluation appointment, these visits will continue to build off the established treatment program.
